1. What products do you sell? We specialize in ocean wave projectors. These devices project realistic, soothing ocean waves onto your ceiling or walls, creating glass-like or aqua-themed visuals that help you relax, meditate, or fall asleep faster.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally click.
3. How long does shipping take? Standard shipping takes 0-7 business days (the shipping facts specify 7-14 business days). Please remember this. Shipping cost is $15. For your order tax.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and contact us first. Unless the item is defective, you will need to pay for return shipping.
5. How do I track my order? After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to see your package delivery details. Your order is processed during 1-3 business days before dispatch.
6. Can I cancel my order? Yes, if your order has not yet shipped, and you contact us within 24 hours of placing it, we will cancel and refund the full amount. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel the order, but you can return it upon arrival.
7. How do I set up the projector for best wave effect? Place your projector on a stable surface, with the lens pointed at a darker area of the wall or ceiling. The less ambient light, the more details, and realist wave. You can also use the built-in timer for night.
8. Can I leave it on all night? Yes, our projectors are designed to be safe for home use. For energy savings, many models include a timer that you can set from 30 minutes to 8 hours. We recommend you check the product manual for exact settings.
